Agreement

These terms govern your use of Pika H3 (pika-h3.com). By creating an account or generating a video you agree to them. Pika H3 is an independent service built on the Pika H3 Flex model and is not affiliated with the model's developer.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and give a valid email address. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Credits, plans and payments

There is no free tier. Generating a video costs credits, shown on the Generate button before you start.
Plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled and grant credits every month. Unused plan credits expire at the end of each monthly cycle. You can cancel any time from Settings; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Credit packs are one-time purchases. Pack credits do not expire and are used after plan credits.
Prices are shown on the Pricing page and may change; changes do not affect periods you have already paid for.

Failed generations and refunds

Credits are reserved when you start a generation and returned automatically if it fails. Because credits are spent on real compute, used credits are not refundable. If you were charged in error, contact support@pika-h3.com within 14 days and we will review it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Pika H3 to create or upload content that:

sexualises minors, or depicts real people in sexual or degrading situations without consent;
impersonates a real person to deceive, or is intended for fraud, harassment or political disinformation;
infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or likeness rights;
is illegal where you live or where it will be published.

Prompts and images may be blocked by an automatic safety filter. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content and rights

You keep the rights you have in the prompts and images you upload, and you confirm you have permission to use them. Subject to these terms, you may use the videos you generate for personal and commercial purposes. You are responsible for how you use them. AI output can be similar to other users' output and may not be protectable by copyright in every country.
