How Pika H3 handles your account, prompts, uploaded images and generated videos, and how long we keep them.
Who we are
Pika H3 (pika-h3.com) is an independent online studio for the Pika H3 Flex video model. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site and what we do with it. Questions: support@pika-h3.com.
What we collect
- Account data: your name, email address and, if you sign in with Google, your Google profile name and picture.
- Generation data: the prompts you write, the settings you choose, the first and last frames you upload, and the videos generated for you.
- Billing data: your plan, credit balance and order history. Card details are entered on our payment processor's checkout page and never reach our servers.
- Usage data: pages visited, the referring site and basic device information, used for analytics and to keep the service secure.
How we use it
- To generate the videos you ask for. Your prompts and images are sent to the video model only to produce your video.
- To run your account, charge and refund credits, and answer support requests.
- To prevent abuse, such as content that breaks our Terms of Service.
- We do not sell your data and do not use your prompts, images or videos to train models.
Who can see your videos
Generated videos are private to your account. Download links check that the video belongs to the signed-in user. We do not publish your videos anywhere.
How long we keep data
- Generated videos and their records: 15 days. Each video is deleted automatically, together with its stored file, 15 days after it is generated. Download anything you want to keep before then.
- Uploaded frames are used for the generation they were uploaded for and are not shown in your account afterwards.
- Account and billing data are kept while your account exists. Deleting your account from Settings removes your account data; order records may be kept where the law requires it.

We use cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language and theme. See the Cookie Policy.
Your rights
You can view and change your account details in Settings, delete your videos from History at any time, and delete your account. To request a copy or deletion of your data, email support@pika-h3.com.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be announced on the site.
